Exam task
Enjoyable Exercise
You have probably heard countless times how exercise will keep you fit and health. But getting the right amount can also increase your energy levels and even help improve your mood too. Experts recommend that teenagers get 60 minutes or more of physical activity every day. Many teenagers achieve this by getting involved in sports at school and team sports especially can be fun. Some people aren't keen on playing team sports, however, and may not be very good at them. But there are plenty of other ways you can get aerobic exercise on your own or with friends by doing activities such as cycling, running, swimming, dancing and walking. Try to have fun at the same time and then you will feel like doing exercise instead of thinking it is something you have to do. Everyone can find something that suits them.
